A little more about me, my yoga journey, and how I ended up here—on this beautiful island.
I attended my first yoga class with my mom when I was around 14, and I immediately felt that there was something truly special about it. Throughout my youth, the universe kept leading me back to the mat, although I didn’t yet realize that yoga was my destiny.
When the Covid pandemic began, I was living in London. During that time, I felt a powerful inner calling to reconnect with myself and begin the process of healing from past traumas. Yoga, of course, was the answer. I’ve always had a deep connection to nature, spirituality, and mindfulness, but it was then that I realized—I didn’t just want to practice yoga, I wanted to share it. I wanted others to experience the transformation this path had given me.
I worked as a fitness entertainer and yoga teacher in a 4-star hotel, and that’s when I realized the Canaries stole my heart for forever. After that, I did volunteer work at several surf camps in Portugal and again in Fuerteventura, where I was lucky to guide yoga sessions for guests. And then, as if by divine guidance, the universe led me one island further—to Gran Canaria. The moment I arrived, I knew I had found my home. I began teaching yoga again, this time at a 5-star hotel, but soon felt the call to share the practice in a freer, more soulful way—deeply rooted in nature. And so, here we are.
In my classes, the focus is on presence and connection—connecting to your body, your breath, your mind, and your soul. A space where there is no past and no future—just this moment. Just your breath and your pure heart. A place where you can feel that inner light within you, the one that always shines brightly—even if we sometimes forget to turn inward and notice it.
I can’t wait to meet you on the mat!
